Self-Exclusion Program

Veristel offers a self-exclusion program for guests who wish to restrict their access to our gaming facilities. This program allows individuals to voluntarily exclude themselves from our casino for a specified period, ranging from six months to a lifetime ban.

  • Account Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a specified period

Veristel strictly enforces age verification procedures. Individuals under the legal gambling age (21 in most locations) are not permitted in our gaming areas. We reserve the right to request identification from any guest who appears to be under the legal age limit.

Parents and guardians are reminded not to leave minors unattended while they gamble, and never to allow minors to gamble, even under supervision.
