Cancellation Policy

Standard Room Reservations

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy for standard room reservations is as follows:

Time of Cancellation Refund Policy
More than 72 hours before check-in Full refund, no cancellation fee
48-72 hours before check-in 75% refund of total reservation amount
24-48 hours before check-in 50% refund of total reservation amount
Less than 24 hours before check-in No refund
No-show No refund, charged for the full reservation amount

Package Reservations

For package reservations, including our Weekend Escape, High Roller Week, and Romantic Getaway packages, the following cancellation policy applies:

More than 14 days before check-in Full refund, no cancellation fee
7-14 days before check-in 75% refund of total package amount
3-7 days before check-in 50% refund of total package amount
Less than 3 days before check-in No refund
No-show No refund, charged for the full package amount

Group Bookings

For group bookings (5 or more rooms), the following cancellation policy applies:

  • More than 30 days before check-in: Full refund of any deposits paid
  • 14-30 days before check-in: 75% refund of any deposits paid
  • 7-14 days before check-in: 50% refund of any deposits paid
  • Less than 7 days before check-in: No refund of deposits

Group bookings are subject to the terms outlined in the group contract, which may differ from this general policy.

Changes to Reservations

Changes to existing reservations are subject to availability and may result in rate changes if:

  • The length of stay is reduced
  • The room type is changed
  • The dates of stay are modified

Requests to change reservations must be made directly with our reservations department.

Early Departure

If you check out earlier than your scheduled departure date, you may still be charged for the full original reservation. Please notify the front desk as soon as possible if you need to depart earlier than planned.

Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure circumstances (such as natural disasters, government actions, or other events beyond our control) that prevent you from traveling or us from providing accommodations, we may offer:

  • Rescheduling your stay for a later date (subject to availability)
  • A credit for a future stay
  • A refund, depending on the specific circumstances

Each situation will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

How to Cancel

To cancel your reservation, please use one of the following methods:

  • Online: Through your confirmation email or our website
  • Phone: Call our reservations department at +1 (888) VERISTEL
  • Email: Send your cancellation request to [email protected]

Please include your reservation number, name, and dates of stay when canceling.

Refund Processing

Eligible refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution's policies.
